Trans Africa Hunting Safaris is a hunting outfit that operates in the Limpopo Province of South Africa close to the Botswana border.

We specialise in the hunting of plains game for the first time visitor to Africa but also cater for the seasoned African Hunter seeking that special trophy.

We are the owners of a 7500-acre game ranch situated near the Limpopo River on which a large percentage of our hunts are conducted. The ranch is located 420km from Johannesburg , relates to a 4-hour drive by vehicle or 75 minutes by chartered aircraft.

It is situated in the heart of the Bushveld, a savannah woodland area that is the habitat of a large variety of animals and bird life and is the mecca of hunting in South Africa .

The area falls squarely within the sub-tropical belt of high pressure, making it very dry with an abundance of sunshine with an average minimum temperature of 45°F (6°C) and a maximum of 65°F (22°C) during the hunting season which extends from April to September.
