HB Property Management collects the monthly rental from the tenant including electricity, water and other utilities that apply to the lease.

Our tenants receive a monthly rental statement and are debited water, electricity and other sundries applicable to the lease agreement. We provide our Owners with a detailed statement of income and expenses on a monthly basis which accrues into an annual statement that can be utilized for Income Tax purposes.

We pay levies, deal with complex managing agents, sort out rates and other utilities that apply and pay the remainder to the owner.

The service includes obtaining quotes and overseeing maintenance and repairs to the unit as well as any other inconveniences that might arise, allowing the owner a hassle free "buy-to-let" experience We accommodate our Owners who reside outside the Republic of South Africa or locally in paying rentals directly into the Bond Accounts, should that be a requirement, to ensure that they do not have to hassle with Bond Repayments whilst abroad.

We utilize the services of TPN (Tenant Network Profile) to qualify Tenants and assist with collections and late payments of rentals.

Should you require any additional reconciliations required for tax purposes or any City Council / Municipal queries / application or other related matters we accommodate this with the assistance of a Contractors who charges a once off fee of R350.00.

The management fees are charged at 7% of the monthly rental.
